For International orders, we charge almost the exact amount to be paid to our delivery/courier service providers (SpeedPost, UPS, FedEx). No handling fees added. However, any customs duties and import tax are to be bore by shopper. Note: You may want to add [email protected] in your address book, to avoid blocking of our confirmation email. - Order cancellationIf you wish to cancel the order, notify us at [email protected]; no questions asked.

- ShipmentUpon payment clearance, we normally ship out within 24 hours (next business day if the scheduled date falls on a public holiday).
Delivery Delay. Should there be any delivery delay, you will be notified by email and have the option to cancel the order for a full refund; no administrative fee charged.
Backorders. If any of your ordered items are out of stock, you will be notified by email and have the option to request a replacement, wait for replenishment, cancel the backorder item(s) or cancel the whole order.
Check out our Shipping policy. - InsuranceAll international deliveries are insured in transit by us as an option. If you need to send or return anything to us, you should arrange to cover them under your own insurance. If you choose not to insure for low-value orders, we will not be responsible for any lost of merchandise.
